Shipping and Return Policy

Once your order is placed throughout our website one of our team will contact you through your WhatsApp number within 24 hours to confirm the order with you.
Although once the courier receives your order he will get in touch with you to confirm the best time for you to receive the order.
Your order will automatically canceled if the courier tried to reach you for more than 3 times and you don't answer.
Orders take from 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.

Shipping fees range from 70 to 130 EGP depending on your location.

Checking order before receiving from the courier is allowed.
No return or exchange unless the item is defected or not the same one you ordered throughout the website or DM.
In case you don't receive the order for any other reason, shipping fees will be totally paid.
To be eligible for return or exchange the order must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received.
