Shipping and Return Policy

Once your order is placed throughout our website one of our team will contact you through your WhatsApp number within 24 hours to confirm the order with you.
Although once the courier receives your order he will get in touch with you to confirm the best time for you to receive the order.
Your order will automatically canceled if the courier tried to reach you for more than 3 times and you don't answer.
Orders take from 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.

Shipping fees range from 70 to 130 EGP depending on your location.

Checking order before receiving from the courier is allowed.
If the order is faulty or not the same one you ordered through website or DMs you don’t have to pay shipping fees.
If you want to return the order for any other reason, you can return it before the courier leaves. In this case shipping fees will be paid.
If you want to return the order after the courier leaves, shipping fees will be deducted twice.
To be eligible for return or exchange the order must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received.
